Overview
The Huawei IdeaHub Board 3 Base IHB3-65AA is the 65 inch size of the Board 3 Base, the entry model in Huawei's Board 3 range. It is a plain 4K (3840 x 2160) interactive whiteboard with a D-LED backlight and zero-gap bonding. Writing latency is 25 ms, slower than the 16 ms Huawei lists for the Board 3 Pro.
The Base model is built to be driven by an OPS module, which Huawei lists as required. The board is meant for third-party meeting apps, with an external camera and microphone supplied separately, and Huawei lists a 60 W speaker system (two tweeters and full-range units plus a woofer, 90 Hz to 20 kHz). Internally it has an 8-core processor, 8 GB RAM and 128 GB flash, running Android, or Windows through the OPS module, with Wi-Fi 5 on the board and Wi-Fi 6 on the OPS. The front panel carries a Type-C port with 65 W fast charging. The 65 inch unit measures 924.7 x 1484.5 x 90 mm and weighs 38.0 kg net.
