Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution process below, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue of arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the proceedings conducted in English.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
