Overview
The Sennheiser EW-DX SKM-S is the handheld transmitter of the EW-DX system with an on-board mute switch. Like the SKM it is supplied without a capsule, so the capsule can be matched to the speaker or singer.
It works with the EW-DX EM 2, EM 2 Dante and EM 4 Dante receivers, with 1.9 ms latency and a very wide dynamic range that removes the need to set transmitter gain.
Two AA batteries or the BA 70 rechargeable pack provide power, and settings can be reached from the Smart Assist app over Bluetooth Low Energy.
