Overview
The Sennheiser EW-DX EM 2 Dante is the network-audio version of the EM 2 receiver. Two wireless channels from EW-DX handheld, bodypack and tablestand transmitters are delivered as Dante digital audio, so the signal reaches mixers, DSPs and recorders over a single network cable.
It keeps the EW-DX strengths: wide switching bandwidth, equidistant channel spacing for up to 146 channels in Standard mode or 293 in Link Density mode, AutoScan frequency setup and a link quality indicator for each connection.
Both the wireless link and the Dante stream can be encrypted, and the receiver can be controlled from Sennheiser Control Cockpit, Wireless System Manager or third-party systems, making it suitable for conference rooms, lecture theatres and venues built around Dante.
