The Q-SYS Scheduling Panel (QSP-11) is an 11-inch Microsoft Teams Panel that shows a meeting room's status and lets people book it. It runs Android 15 on Microsoft's device platform, so it behaves like any Teams Panel: a person can reserve the room, check in, view the schedule, extend a meeting or release the room from the screen. Coloured light bars on the sides show free or busy from the corridor, and it connects to Q-SYS Reflect for monitoring with the rest of the Q-SYS estate.
