Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Biamp Devio UCX 2000 Small Room Bundle?
The Biamp Devio UCX 2000 Small Room Bundle is a small-room Teams Rooms bundle with ceiling microphone. This UCX 2000 bundle takes the hub, the Apprimo Touch 10 UCX-T controller and the Parlé VBC2800 video bar, and adds a DCM-X ceiling microphone. It is meant for rooms where the ceiling is accessible and the table should stay clear of microphones.
Which microphone comes with the Devio UCX 2000 small room bundle?
A Parlé DCM-X ceiling microphone, a black 150 mm unit that sits on the ceiling and reaches the hub over a single network cable.
Why is this called the small room bundle when it has a ceiling microphone?
Biamp names the kit by the room size it targets. Compared with the medium-room kit, which uses a table microphone, this one keeps the table clear by using the ceiling.
Does it include the video bar?
Yes. The Parlé VBC2800 provides the camera, speakers and room microphones, with the DCM-X as the additional ceiling pickup.
