Deep blacks and fine detail

A unique black polymer coating gives the KLCOB V2 uniformly deep blacks, better flatness and a non-glaring, non-reflective surface, which lifts colour contrast and the overall viewing experience. Image optimisation technologies sharpen detail and colour for lifelike images.

Cool, efficient and tough

Flip chip and HBB common cathode technologies keep the display cool under load and reduce power use. Flip chip construction also provides 360° all-round protection against external impact. An EMC Class B standard is available as an option.

Shapes and installation options

Small 150 x 337.5 mm panels for splicing each support a maximum internal arc of 3° with a minimum radius of 2.87 m, so walls can be concave. The series installs by stacking, wall-mounting, hanging or precise 90° splicing for creative shapes.

How to choose the right size and pixel pitch

Pixel pitch is the distance between neighbouring LED pixels: a smaller pitch gives a sharper image that can be viewed from closer. As a common industry rule of thumb, the minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres is roughly equal to the pixel pitch in millimetres, so a 2.5 mm pitch suits viewers sitting about 2.5 m or further away. At sub-2 mm pitches such as 0.78 mm to 1.87 mm, viewers can sit very close, which is why this class of display is chosen for control rooms, boardrooms and showrooms.
